The Brief
Create a comprehensive photo and video media package for the north section of this Redmond business center.
Overlake Business Center North is the northern section of a 371,000-square-foot, 20-building business park located at 2525 152nd Avenue NE in Redmond's Overlake Business Area, adjacent to prominent tech companies including Microsoft and Nintendo. The park offers office and office/warehouse space with amenities including ample parking, conference rooms, on-site property management, and individual company signage.
Located near I-405 and Highway 520, providing easy access to Downtown Bellevue, Downtown Redmond, and Downtown Kirkland. We produced ground photography at daytime and twilight with exterior detail shots, drone photo and video at daytime, sunset, and twilight showcasing the north campus and individual buildings, and raw ground video footage for Link Parks' in-house production team.
