The Brief
Capture a large scale amenity driven property in a short production window, while clearly presenting over 18 luxury amenities and multiple model units without the video feeling long or repetitive.
Our approach included professional ground photography, cinematic video production, and strategic drone footage to capture the property’s architectural beauty, rooftop panoramas, and community-centric features. This comprehensive visual storytelling is designed to attract prospective residents and investors by emphasizing OPUS’s unique blend of urban sophistication and elevated living. We planned the two day shoot around a tight location flow, allowing us to cover every amenity and model unit efficiently while maintaining a polished, cohesive look.
Video and photo production ran in parallel so nothing was compromised on either side, keeping pacing tight and visuals consistent across deliverables. The final video was edited to feel focused and intentional, giving the property a high end presentation without overwhelming the viewer.
