The Brief
The leasing team needed comprehensive photography to market the retail spaces, showcasing tenant buildouts, outdoor dining areas, the corner's visibility, and surrounding Arts District context.
We combined drone aerials capturing the intersection, rooftop views, and neighborhood context with street-level exteriors of all storefronts. Interior coverage documented Superba and Pitfire Pizza's dining rooms, bar areas, and finishes, along with the covered outdoor patio seating. Detail shots highlighted signage, branding, and the pedestrian-friendly streetscape.
