Redesign an outdated Statement of Qualifications into a clear, modern brochure that communicates capability, experience, and credibility at a glance.
We worked closely with Next Phase Construction to fully rethink their original SOQ from the ground up. Through multiple working sessions, we explored layout options, visual direction, and information hierarchy to balance clarity with density. The final brochure presents a large amount of technical and company information in a structured, readable format, while maintaining a strong visual identity that supports business development, proposals, and client presentations.
