The Brief
Deliver flexible photo and video assets for an industrial business park while also producing an edited highlight video for marketing use.
Monterey Business Park is an industrial campus designed to support a range of warehouse and light industrial tenants. We captured high quality photography and clean raw video footage using both ground and aerial coverage to show the site layout, building exteriors, access points, and key details.
In addition to delivering raw assets, we produced a concise highlight video that combined drone, ground, and select interior footage into a focused piece built for online marketing and leasing. As with all Link Parks projects, files were organized and named to match internal standards so content could be used immediately across teams.
