The Brief
RPM Living needed a full marketing package for Monroe, their new mid-rise community in San Diego's North Park neighborhood. Coverage had to span two phases as the property progressed from pre-leasing to full occupancy.
We delivered a full set of stills covering common areas, model units, and exterior drone coverage across two production phases. Phase one was captured in early 2025 during pre-leasing, before the exterior was complete, giving RPM early marketing assets to launch the property. Phase two returned in early 2026 once the building was finished and residents had moved in, sequencing our path to work around active tenants.
Both shoots were staged across daytime, sunset, and twilight to capture the property in every light. Every amenity space was styled and lit to reflect the art-forward, walkable North Park lifestyle Monroe was designed around.
