Metropolis Narrated Overview Film

We reviewed and organized an extensive archive of footage captured for Greenland USA across multiple previous productions. Each scene was mapped against an approved script so the narration remained visually connected to the model residences, wellness spaces, pools, Skypark, resident lounges, outdoor amenities, and surrounding Downtown Los Angeles environment.

The client selected a professional voice artist to give the film a distinctive, cinematic narration. We coordinated the approved script, vocal tone, pacing, music direction, recording, and revisions before building the edit around his final performance.

We combined the strongest archival footage with carefully selected city imagery, refined transitions, music, branding, and detailed space-by-space editing. The completed film delivered a full sense of the Metropolis experience, from individual residences to the broader lifestyle and location, in a format Greenland USA could use for lease-up campaigns, presentations, conferences, and ownership-focused investment materials.
