Metropolis Lifestyle Social Media Production

We developed a recurring production system for Greenland USA built around four vertical reels per month. For each cycle, we managed the complete process, including creative development, scripting, talent coordination, wardrobe and prop planning, shot lists, filming, voiceover, editing, branded closings, revisions, and final delivery to the client’s social media team.

While models were on set, we also produced a full set of lifestyle photographs across the featured amenities. Capturing video and photography within the same production allowed us to maintain consistent talent, styling, lighting, and creative direction across both formats while maximizing each shoot day.

Rather than producing simple property walkthroughs, we built each reel and photograph around a distinct resident experience. Models and lifestyle action demonstrated how the spaces could be used, while architectural details, establishing footage, and scripted voiceover gave every video a focused narrative designed for Instagram Reels and TikTok.

Across two monthly production cycles, we completed eight reels covering residences, finishes, smart-home technology, wellness, recreation, and shared amenities throughout Metropolis. The four featured lifestyle reels and accompanying photographs highlight the Skypark, pool, fitness center, and work/social spaces, giving Greenland USA a cohesive collection of motion and still content for its ongoing social marketing.
