The Brief
Produce a long form, high impact visual showcase that fully captures a massive luxury estate at 1200 Bel Air Road Bel Air, CA while keeping the experience engaging throughout.
LA FIN 1200 Bel Air Road Bel Air, CA required an intensive, week long production to capture the property at a level of depth that matched its scale. We filmed across multiple days and moments, collecting extensive interior and exterior footage alongside a full photo set to document the home in detail.
The final deliverable was a four plus minute feature video, carefully paced to highlight architecture, finishes, and spatial flow without feeling repetitive. The volume of coverage allowed us to shape a refined, immersive presentation that presents the estate as a complete experience rather than a simple walkthrough. This production was created for The Agency.
