Create a comprehensive ground-level photo and video media package for this Lorton industrial park near Fort Belvoir.
Gunston Industrial Park offers more than 245,000 square feet of commercial real estate across five buildings at 7000 Newington Road in Lorton. The park provides high-bay industrial and warehouse space with flexible suites ranging from 1,800 to 92,000 square feet, 18- to 20-foot ceiling heights, and varying drive-in and dock-high loading configurations. Strategically positioned near I-95, I-495, Route 1, the Fairfax County Parkway, and the Springfield Metro station, with proximity to Reagan National Airport, the Pentagon, Fort Belvoir, and downtown Washington DC. We produced ground photography at daytime and twilight with exterior detail shots and raw ground video footage for Link Parks' in-house production team.
