Capture a newly acquired senior living community in a way that clearly communicates the asset, resident experience, and investment value for an investor audience.
Fortress Investment Group brought us to Orlando, Florida to produce photo and video content showcasing The Glades at ChampionsGate as part of a senior living portfolio presentation. We focused on capturing the community’s spaces, amenities, and day to day environment, alongside moments that reflect resident lifestyle and care experience. The final media was packaged for investor conference use, giving Fortress a clear, high quality visual representation of the asset and the type of experience it delivers.
