Create a comprehensive photo and video media package for this Northern Virginia industrial park.
Fullerton Road Industrial Park offers more than 242,000 square feet of industrial warehouse space across four buildings at 7401 Fullerton Road in Springfield, Virginia. The park provides flexible suites as small as 1,100 square feet with 18- to 20-foot warehouse ceiling clear heights and a variety of loading solutions including drive-in and dock-high loading. Strategically located near I-95, I-495, Route 1, and the Fairfax County Parkway, the park offers proximity to the Franconia-Springfield Metro station (Blue Line), Reagan National Airport, the Pentagon, and downtown Washington DC. We produced ground photography at daytime and twilight with exterior detail shots showcasing the full park and individual buildings and raw ground video footage for Link Parks' in-house production team.
