Create photo and video content that supports leasing and marketing while clearly presenting the building, amenities, and resident experience.

Forte at Beacon is a multifamily community positioned within an active Boston neighborhood. We produced leasing focused photo and video content showcasing model units, shared amenities, and common areas with an emphasis on clarity and flow. Video and photography were captured together to ensure consistency across all deliverables, resulting in a cohesive media set built for listings, digital marketing, and ongoing leasing needs. This production was created for Wingate Companies.
