Dolphin Marina

For Dolphin Marina, we divided production around the property’s readiness and the changing coastal light. The first shoot focused on daytime coverage of the community’s interiors, amenities, model residence, and resident experience. When cloudy conditions limited the exterior footage, we returned under clear skies to capture daytime drone, sunset, and twilight sequences.

We structured the edit to transition naturally from bright daytime activity into the marina’s evening atmosphere, using smooth camera movement, waterfront aerials, and instrumental music to support the beachy resort direction requested by ownership. After delivery, we completed targeted VFX work to remove ducks from the pool and stains visible across the rooftop drone footage. This production was created for Greystar.
