The Brief
Deliver flexible photo and video assets for an urban business park while also creating a concise highlight video for marketing use.
Culver City Business Park is an industrial and office campus located in a dense West Los Angeles market, positioned near major creative and commercial hubs. We captured high quality photography and clean raw video footage across the park showing overall layout, access, and key exterior details.
In addition to delivering raw assets, we produced an edited highlight video that combined the exterior and select interior footage into a focused piece designed for marketing and online use. As with all Link Parks projects, files were organized and named to match internal standards so content could be deployed immediately across leasing and promotional channels.
