Circa DTLA is a large scale multifamily high rise in Downtown Los Angeles with an extensive amenity offering and a strong urban identity. We produced leasing focused photo and video content showcasing model units, shared amenities, and common areas with an emphasis on flow, clarity, and usability across marketing channels. Video and photography were captured together to ensure a consistent look and feel, resulting in a cohesive media set built for listings, digital marketing, and ongoing leasing needs.
