Capture a Southern California industrial asset with polished photo and video content that highlights the building’s quality, scale, and functionality for immediate marketing use.
Carmenita Point is an industrial property positioned to serve logistics and distribution uses in a dense Southern California market. We captured the asset across daytime and twilight to show both operational clarity and visual presence, combining ground level video and photography with aerial drone coverage.
The shoot focused on clean wide views, key building details, and overall site context. Final assets were delivered as a tight, ready to use set for leasing and marketing, giving the client flexibility across platforms without additional production. This production was created for Staley Point Capital.
