Create a comprehensive photo and video media package for this multi-complex business park in Hayward.
Bay Center Business Park is a 462,000-square-foot industrial campus consisting of three multi-building complexes and a freestanding distribution center located at 3832 Bay Center Place in Hayward. The park offers flex, warehouse, and lab space with suites ranging from 2,400 to 44,000 square feet, including biotech-capable facilities.
Centrally located in Hayward with immediate access to the San Mateo-Hayward Bridge, SR 92, and I-880, the park sits 20 minutes from both Oakland and San Francisco International Airports with direct connectivity to Silicon Valley and the Peninsula. We produced ground photography at daytime and twilight with exterior detail shots, drone photo and video at daytime, sunset, and twilight showcasing the full park and individual buildings, and raw ground video footage for Link Parks' in-house production team.
