Aster is an architectural marvel that celebrates Long Beach's vibrant, eclectic style, combining classic old-school glamor with modern Art Deco touches.
For the Aster Long Beach project, our client was looking to focus on the architectural excellence this new construction multifamily community offered along with the several high-end amenities the building provides its tenants. The client was also looking to begin pre-leasing before construction was wrapped up, so our team was able to come out to the property a few times to capture different areas at different stages (as construction was finishing up in each) allowing the client to begin marketing the property even before construction was completely done.
