800 Broadway Downtown San Diego High-Rise

For 800 Broadway, we delivered a full set of stills covering 6+ common areas, two model units, and exterior drone coverage of the tower and surrounding skyline. The shoot was staged across daytime, sunset, and twilight to capture the property in every light. We coordinated closely with on-site staff to work around a fully-occupied residential building, sequencing our path to avoid disrupting current tenants.

Every amenity space was styled and lit to hold up alongside the property's high-end brand positioning, from the speakeasy to the highest rooftop pool in San Diego. Drone coverage was captured at both golden hour and twilight to give RPM flexibility in how the tower is positioned across future campaigns.
