The Brief
Showcase a waterfront estate in a way that highlights both the home and the boating lifestyle it supports, while creating content that performs strongly online.
671 Middle River Drive is a modern waterfront residence in Fort Lauderdale positioned directly along the Intracoastal with private dock access. We captured the property in both daytime and twilight, producing a cinematic video that emphasizes indoor outdoor flow, water views, and exterior presence after dark.
The production also incorporated a yacht sequence to clearly connect the home to its boating lifestyle. Alongside the main video, we created short form social clips that were edited for pace and visual impact, several of which went viral, extending the reach of the property far beyond traditional listing media.
