THE BRIEF
Present a large scale Bel Air estate in a way that communicates luxury, privacy, and scale while keeping the viewing experience engaging.
627 Carcassonne Road is a hillside estate in Bel Air set behind gates, known for its expansive footprint, layered outdoor spaces, and wide city and canyon views. We produced a cinematic property video that focused on architectural flow, key living spaces, and the relationship between interiors and outdoor areas. Coverage emphasized how the home feels to move through, using purposeful camera movement and pacing to highlight the strongest features without overwhelming the viewer. The final video was built for high end residential marketing and digital release.
