57 Windward Ave is a creative office and event space available for rent along with an industrial style space located in Venice, surrounded by active streets and a strong local identity. We produced high quality video and photography using a mix of ground coverage, drone footage, and lifestyle elements to place the property within its neighborhood context. The video featured agents on camera, including a driving sequence, area coverage, and a guided tour of the space itself. The final media was built for marketing and social use, combining personality, location, and property details into one cohesive presentation.
