5420 Sunset

For 5420 Sunset, we divided production into four phases that followed the property’s construction and amenity readiness. Early visits focused on completed model residences and available common areas, giving Greystar and ownership finished photography they could begin using before the entire building was ready.

As additional spaces came online, we returned to capture the clubroom, fitness center, pool, courtyards, paseo, facade, and other newly completed areas. The final phase added daytime and golden-hour drone coverage, exterior architecture, remaining amenities, and the lifestyle details needed to complete the property story.

We maintained consistent lighting, composition, color, and camera movement across every phase so material captured months apart would feel like one unified production. All video footage was then consolidated into a final property film, while the completed photography library gave ownership a broad set of launch, leasing, website, and campaign assets. Greystar confirmed that the final photos were shared with ownership and received positively.
