THE BRIEF
Present a coastal luxury residence with photo/video visuals that communicate scale, finish quality, and location while supporting marketing and social use.
21 Strand Beach Drive is an oceanfront home set within a private coastal enclave, defined by clean architecture, expansive views, and strong indoor outdoor flow. We produced a cinematic property video that focused on how the home feels to move through, paired with high quality daytime and twilight photography to show the property under different lighting conditions. Social media content was created alongside the main deliverables, giving the client a flexible set of visuals suited for listings, digital marketing, and short form platforms.
