Showcase a Newport Beach estate with visuals that communicate scale, privacy, and coastal living while supporting both marketing and social use.
15 Torrey Pines Lane is a luxury residence in Newport Beach set within a quiet, private enclave near coastal amenities and open space. We produced a cinematic property video that focused on architectural flow, interior details, and how the home lives from day into night.
Daytime and twilight photography was captured alongside the video to highlight exterior presence and interior finishes under different lighting conditions. Social media content was created in parallel, giving the client a flexible set of visuals suited for listings, digital marketing, and short form platforms. This production was created for Jenni Nakhjavani.
